In 1976, when George Faccone saw great potential in the Naples, FL Real Estate market, he moved his family from New Jersey to Naples.  After two years of record sales, George learned about the birth of a new subdivision which would be named Pelican Bay.  From this, Pelican Bay Realty was born.  Being a man with a vision and realizing he wouldn't be able to work forever, George ventured on his own in 1983 and began to groom his youngest son, Joseph, for the Real Estate world.

By 1992 Joseph was now in college and studying Business Management.  He sat for the Florida Real Estate Salesperson exam and passed.  The following summer Joseph passed the state exam for Real Estate Brokers.  George believed Joe was on the fast track to becoming his own boss, but Joseph had another idea in mind.  Upon graduation from college, he went to work for a multi-million dollar firm.  He started out as an accounts receivable clerk and, within three years and a company change, attained the position of Operational Comptroller. Upon realizing he had no more room for advancement at this family owned corporation, Joe decided he was ready to follow in his father's footsteps.

George and Joe worked side-by-side in all Real Estate transactions until 2015 when George retired.  George had 39 years of experience in the Naples Market, which has now been handed down to Joseph who has over 15 years of active experience.  Joseph has always been eager to learn and stay current with technology, which is why service at Pelican Bay Realty is unparalleled.
